Update doc/help/figures
I took the time to update the figures, the profiler is currently missing (it was grayed out) as well as the surfaces (do they still exist?) but everything else should be correct. Note that there's a tiny fraction that couldn't be selected due to Gnome Screenshot limitation, there's not much I can do about that.
