Draft: Softened extreme colors in Builder Dark theme

Some of the bright colors were painful to look at. In a soft-dark theme like this, chameleon1 and white should not be bold against a dark background.

I used softer Tango choices for a few extreme colors, retained basic text as aluminum3, left the Tango Palette unchanged, and used Tango Palette colors in place of a few HEX values.
