Drop close menu items from many places

Vanadiae requested to merge Vanadiae/gnome-builder:drop-close-menu-items-frame-header into master

I have no clue why there was so many useless and redundant Close menu items everywhere…

I also found something that looks like dead/disabled code, the ide-terminal-workspace, which has a commented out workspace switcher menu item and close item, and hence it's accessible from nowhere.
