Mark editor buffer as modified on disk when directory ancestor is moved or deleted

Currently, when an opened file (or it’s name or path) gets modified, you get an access error displayed – but not before pressing Ctrl + S
– so everything we typed in-between gets lost. Therefore, it would be good if opened files could be monitored continuously. The project tree already does this and immediately adapts externally renamed folder, so it would be cool if this could also be done for opened files.
I think you can pirate the “file content was modified” behavior from Nautilus, which is really nice. The indication however should not interrupt the user by showing a foreground error if the file isn’t active, but rather do something like display a warning icon in the “open pages” section and/or color the file name red.
If just content got modified, such highlighting may also be done in the project tree, as this widget already adapts to name/path modifications.
