Build Button Randomly Spews Binary Output Instead Of Building

I've been seeing this one intermittently since 3.28, but can't reliably reproduce it. Occasionally while working, the Build button will stop functioning and the build log will be random binary output, seemingly from a file (I think it's download history here as I get a bunch of URLs). The only fix is to restart the session of Builder. See screenshot for an example:
