[RFE] Beautify-on-save

The Beautifier plugin is quite nice, but it would be ideal if the editor could be configured to automatically run the beautifier whenever it saves a file. In particular, with tools like clang-format, this can make it much easier to remain in compliance with a project's coding conventions.
