ESC doesn't leave selection mode

Description
I don't know if this is explicitly stated in the HIG but we at least had handling for that in Boxes: when triggering the selection mode, ESC has no effect although it would be comfortable if this would cancel the selection mode.
Using latest commit from master right now.
