Reported expected ABI version number is incorrect

Whilst updating an out of tree gnome builder plugin, I saw the following error message

ide-application-plugins[    2]: CRITICAL: Refusing to load plugin rubocop_plugin, expected ABI 41.1 and got 41.1

The plugin did load when the ABI was set to 41.0
