Intermittent hang when opening project

I haven't been able to debug this further, I'll get a copy of the trace log as soon as it happens again.

Sometimes when I try to re-open a project the projects gray out and it looks like it's loading the project, but then nothing happens. So the greeter remains visible and responsive, but the projects and buttons at the bottom are grayed out and nothing happens.

I should note that all of this is inside a VM in boxes. It's a fresh fedora 32 install that has only builder, a clone of builder that I work on, and a clone of phpunit that I use to debug intelephense. As well as a single toolbox with nodejs and intelephense installed. The phpunit project was added through the select folder option. I saw in the logs that it tries to read a couple of qemu related files when I click on the project, one of which didn't exist. Other than that I couldn't tell from the log what was going wrong.trace_log.txtgdb_bt.txtstrace_output.txt
