plugins/flatpak: Transfer progress widget popup can "jump" sizes vertically because of wrapping text
When a runtime/flatpak transfer is ongoing, the text that reports progress and speed can extend enough that it wraps-around to a second line, making the widget "jump" back and forth in size while the transfer progresses to a point where the width of the text remains stable.
