WIP: GNOME OS with OSTree

Valentin David requested to merge valentindavid/gnome-build-meta:valentindavid/gnome-os-ostree into master

TODO:

  • Fix eos-updater and gnome-software upstream to properly display OS name from OSTree configuration
  • Use installer from EndlessOS to make an install ISO
  • Setup an OSTree server
  • Setup CI to:
    1. Build and upload OSTree commit in first stage
    2. Then build images in second stage.
