sdk.bst: Stop bundling docs extension

The bundle parameter is unnecessary, and I think is the cause of #70 (closed). According to the docs bundle tells flatpak-builder that anything in the extension directory should be shipped as an extension, but I suspect it also releases the extension with the main image, as a bundle.
