Pinebook Pro: part 1

Valentin David requested to merge valentindavid/pinebook-pro-part-1 into master

I keep track of the whole process in !577 (closed). This merge request adds basic support. There are still broken things, but many things will come from fixes from Freedesktop SDK.

This depends on !590 (merged). The 3 first commit are going to be merged with it.
