eos-installer: Make run-mount-eosimages.mount not before local-fs.target

Valentin David requested to merge valentindavid/eos-images-remove-not-before-local-fs-target into master

Because it has to run after eos-images-loop.service, and eos-images-loop.service has to run after usdisks2. Means i cannot run before local-fs.target.
