Move sysupdate configuration to the main sysupdate directory (as part of the extensions)

This makes the system not know about the extensions by default, but once installed they will be updated along with the system and to the same version.

The apparmor addon has no associated system extension, so its configuration is installed in /usr/share/factory/etc to be symlinked to the correct location as-needed.
