Draft: Add support for PinePhone (Pro)

Note this is a work in progress and It's not finish (and It's not meant to be merged in gnome-42, but we use the most recent stable branch to not base the work on a moving target

A series of changes allowing bootable images integrating a patched PinePhone kernel to be used including add ons to create a phone-like UI
