Draft: Switch gnome-software from appstream-glib to appstream

This should only be merged once that MR has been merged, so this is currently marked as a draft.

I haven’t tested the changes (in particular, appstream.bst), as I don’t have a buildstream setup or the free disk space and time to set it up. Apologies.
