Move Boxes to meta-gnome-core-developer-tools
There have been some questions about whether it really makes sense to have Boxes installed by default. I think mostly these questions come with the assumption that Boxes is a virtualization tool without considering its usage as a remote desktop app. But now we have gnome-connections to take over remote desktop.
We could choose to keep Boxes in core, without having it installed by default anymore, by moving it to meta-gnome-core-developer-tools. (I hope we continue promoting Boxes as the recommended virtualization solution for GNOME regardless.)
