URL search UI can be smarter and better
Submitted by Debarshi Ray
When searching for an ISO in New -> Enter URL, if I search for 'fedora' it gives me a bunch of URLs. However, if I type 'fedora 24' to narrow it down, then it doesn't give me any hits.
The search results contain a lot of really old releases - Fedora 10 in 2017! We should at least sort the list in a reverse chronological order based on the release date.
Finally, the long middle-ellipsized URLs are not easy to read. For example, each Fedora release has a whole bunch of ISO variants, which I can only make sense of if I take a close peek at the strings. If it was a distribution that I am not that familiar with, I would have a harder time. Maybe we should have some human-readable title and de-emphasize the real URL?
