help: Do not make symbolic menu icon translatable
Currently translators have an image that appears as to be translated on Damned Lies or in any translation editor.
Since this image is a symbolic icon, it can't be translated. So this commit makes it not translatable.
It's now done exactly the same way as in all the other Boxes' help files
