settings-widget: hide unknown devices from bluetooth devices list

Previously, these devices appeared in the bluetooth device list but were insensitive (non interactable). Since they served no purpose and displayed no useful information they are no longer shown, reducing spam in the bluetooth device list.

This addresses #44 (closed)
