New wallaper - Amber

Hi, I've created wallpaper in warm orange colors, I thought it fits other wallpapers and it's worth giving it a shot :D So I've asked for feedback in GNOME Design matrix room and here's version with some tweaks

Made using GNOME palette and mesh gradient tool in Inkscape
