Update flatpak dependencies

Rafael Fontenelle requested to merge rafaelff/gnome-2048:rafaelff-update-flatpak into master

This solves pipelines errors by satisfying the dependencies requested in meson.build.

Notice that the master branch of libgnome-games-support is for version 2. Since I don't know if gnome-2048 works for this version, I changed the dependency from git type to archive.
