gslice: Use a convenience macro

Peter Bloomfield requested to merge peterb/glib:gslice-use-G_APPROX_VALUE-macro into master

In magazine_cache_trim(), use the recent G_APPROX_VALUE macro to decide when to trim the magazine chain.
