Ever since the port to Meson, gio modules (f.ex., by glib-networking) are installed inside libdir both for MinGW and MSVC.
Not sure why this wasn't caught sooner.
CC: @fanc999 @icq @creiter, does this match your usage of the gio modules directory too? If so, we should backport this too.
