Replace homegrown "hash" entity by standard ISO entity "num".

	Replace homegrown "hash" entity by standard ISO entity "num".

	* glib/tmpl/macros.sgml:
	* glib/tmpl/string_utils.sgml: Replace homegrown "nbsp", "hash"
	and "percent" entities by standard ISO entities "nbsp", "num" and
	"percnt".
