	* acconfig.h, configure.in, gutils.c: Test for the existence of
	getcwd, and use it only when found.

	* glib.h: Only use the gcc-variable-macro-argument-extension for
	gcc >= 2.4. Both patches from Jonas Oberg <jonas@gnu.org>.
