macos: content-type tests do succeed

Arjan Molenaar requested to merge amolenaar/content-type-works into main

It should not be needed anymore to allow the gio/content-type tests to fail.

They work (on my machine ;) ).

The only thing that seems kinda odd is that g_content_type_guess returns UTI types on macOS, instead of mime-types.
