Draft: ci: Build against gobject-introspection 1.82.0

Philip Withnall requested to merge pwithnall/glib:3464-fix-msys2 into main

We don’t strictly need this from a code point of view, but 1.82.0 contains a fix for building gobject-introspection on msys2 which should fix the GLib CI build on msys2.
