gappinfo and gcontenttype: Make introspection annotations available on all platforms

This is like !4158 (merged), but for GAppInfo and GContentType.

The initial commit tidies up the doc comments in gdesktopappinfo.c before some of them are moved to gappinfo.c (which has already been fully ported to gi-docgen).
