glib-compile-schemas: Fix typo in comparison function

Philip Withnall requested to merge pwithnall/glib:fix-glib-compile-schemas-typo into main

This caused schemas and override files to be sorted incorrectly.

Fixes a regression introduced in commit 861e82ef.

Spotted by John Wudrick in !3155 (comment 1635044).
