Document new volume class `loop`

This mentions the new loop volume class (see gvfs!7 (merged)) in the documentation. I couldn't find any other place where the values of G_VOLUME_IDENTIFIER_KIND_CLASS are used in GLib, so I think the remainder of the work has to be done in GTK+ - or did I miss something?
