Expose authentication method choice in GSocks5Proxy API

See discussion in #1988 (closed) and !1392 (merged). Add an API to GSocks5Proxy to allow the caller to specify ahead of time which authentication methods it wants to use.

Probably just an integer array (of enum values) which can be validated and put straight into the authentication message in the network protocol.
