Hello,
I am trying to build GLib on Windows with MinGW as described here : http://www.mingw.org/wiki/Bootstrapping_GLIB_with_MinGW
However, after executing command : ../configure --prefix=/mingw --with-pcre=internal --disable-static --disable-gtk-doc --enable-silent-rules
I got error :
checking for gcc... gcc
checking whether the C compiler works... no
configure: error: in /d/glib-2.52.3/bld': configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables See
config.log' for more details
I can compile and run a simple .c file with both gcc and g++:
// Minimal C example #include <stdio.h> int main() { printf("This works\n"); return 0; }
I attached config.log file. What is the problem and how can I solve it?
