- Added convenience glade_utils_cairo_draw_[line/rectangle] to cover
   parts where the gdk drawing api is removed.
 - use gdk_pixbuf_new_from_xpm_data()/gdk_pixbuf_render_pixmap_and_mask()
   instead of the removed gdk_pixmap_new_from_xpm_d().
