Glade GtkFileChooserDialog looks different than GtkFileChooserDialog directly in code
- Fedora 32
- Glade 3.22.2
This is what you get, when you create a GtkFileChooserDialog in glade (and add the Open and Cancel buttons)
On the other hand, this is how it looks like when you create a GtkFileChooserDialog directly from code, e.g. in python using
Gtk.FileChooserDialog(
'Choose a file',
self,
Gtk.FileChooserAction.OPEN,
(Gtk.STOCK_CANCEL, Gtk.ResponseType.CANCEL,
Gtk.STOCK_OPEN, Gtk.ResponseType.OK)
)
As you can see, glade sets the button at the bottom of the dialog while normally they would be in the header bar.
This is a bit confusing from a users perspective, because all other widgets (at leas the ones I am aware of) look the same when they are created via glade.
