Hi, I have systematic crashes.
I am working with:
Ubuntu Version 19.10 (Eoan Ermine) 64-bit Noyau Linux 5.3.0-40-generic x86_64 MATE 1.22.2
I think glib version is 2.62.1-1 I think gtk version is 2.24.12-1ubuntu1
For example, when I launch Glade, clicking New file icon and clicking on GTkWindow ( cf. picture) crashes systematically.
In a console I get the following output :
GladeUI-Message: 14:17:22.123: 1 missing displayable value for GtkWidget::events GladeUI-Message: 14:17:22.124: 3 missing displayable value for GtkWidget::AtkObject::accessible-role GladeUI-Message: 14:17:22.191: 2 missing displayable value for GtkEntry::input-hints GladeUI-Message: 14:17:22.306: No displayable values for property GtkMenu::anchor-hints GladeUI-Message: 14:17:22.349: 2 missing displayable value for GtkAboutDialog::license-type GladeUI-Message: 14:17:22.430: 1 missing displayable value for GtkCellRendererAccel::accel-mode GladeUI-Message: 14:17:22.469: Glade needs artwork; a default icon will be used for the following classes: GtkApplicationWindow needs an icon named 'widget-gtk-applicationwindow' GThemedIcon needs an icon named 'widget-gtk-themedicon' (glade:32376): Gdk-WARNING **: 14:17:30.690: ../../../../../gdk/x11/gdkwindow-x11.c:5633 drawable is not a native X11 window (glade:32376): Gdk-ERROR **: 14:17:30.690: The program 'glade' received an X Window System error. This probably reflects a bug in the program. The error was 'BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)'. (Details: serial 47151 error_code 3 request_code 20 (core protocol) minor_code 0) (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously; that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it. To debug your program, run it with the GDK_SYNCHRONIZE environment variable to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.) Trappe pour point d'arrêt et de trace (core dumped)
