Useless boolean return value from functions that throw exceptions

Description
Like
[success, data, etag] = GFile.load_contents()
g_file_load_contents() uses it to signal if error has been set, so developer can write.
if (g_file_get_contents(..., error))
...
instead of
g_file_get_contents(..., error);
if (error)
...
The success variable is completely useless in Gjs, since if it's either true or an exception has been thrown.
