Test when no graphics is available

Only the first commit is needed. The second is a kind of proposal to create more manual tests.
Even turn some tests into manual tests. It will be safe if you require the tests to run on all (non-trivial) MRs.
Pending tests:
- debug+gc_zeal
- ARM (I would expect the ARM machine to be online by now).
Manual:
- Ubuntu LTS
- ...
