User avatar should be vertically aligned to the top in commit metadata header (especially when author differs from the committer)

The author's avatar is currently vertically centered, however this causes a problem when the person who committed/merged/pushed a commit is different from the commit's author (whose avatar is being displayed), because then the author's avatar is not aligned with their name:
