Use GUri instead of SoupURI

It seems gitg depends on libsoup only to use SoupURI. We can remove the soup dependency and use GUri instead. This way gitg doesn't need to be migrated to libsoup3. I tried to do this myself, but I don't know vala and couldn't make it build.
