git pre-commit hooks are being bypassed by default despite the option being disabled.
I have a pre-commit hook that will fail if certain checks are not successful and has been working fine for GitHUb desktop and command-line git.
This fails as expected: git commit -m "test"
Now when I try to make a commit with gitg it ALWAYS passes and commits the changes by default despit ehte option being unchecked.
I now have to tell all team members not to use gitg for commits.
