Opening PSD files doesn't apply the correct color profile

Description
Versions reproducible on
- Gimp 2.8.18
- Gimp git master
Steps to reproduce
- Open the *.psd file attached
- Pick any combination of Rendering Intent, Blackpoint, and Keep/Convert
- Look at Gimp's layer rendering
Expected render result
See the attached png file
Actual render result
See the other attached png file
Also, the layer previews render with the correct colors (but the actual layers don't).
How do I know this isn't a color profile issue?
I exported the same image with Krita as a *.png. Gimp had no problem importing that png file with the correct versions
Nomacs also displayed the same file with visual integrity.
Version: git master
