Gimp 2.10 will not start on windows 10 after several uninstall/reinstalls
So, yesterday I was performing a batch of gimpressionist image manipulations on my new setup (threadripper/gtx1080). I wanted to experiment with the overclocking, it actually seemed to slow the batch operation down by 2 seconds per image, so I restored the bios to default and went about my way... until I tried to start gimp again. It doesn't do anything now, no background processes even try to open in task manager. I tried using the command-line interface to get an error log or something, anything to happen, nothing, not even the -h help option. Uninstalled, deleted all folders, all registry instances I could, reinstalled (several, several times), I'm seriously about to just pay for photoshop. All other programs and hardware are working normally.
If anyone has any ideas, I'm kinda fascinated as to what the hell is going on. Thanks!
