Windows: Showing wrong menu entry "GIMP 2.10.12" instead "Bitmap image" on Desktop's Context menu

Description of the bug
After upgrading the GIMP to the latest version 2.10.12. "New" sub-menu on the Desktop's context menu (also known as "right-click menu") is showing "GIMP 2.10.12" instead original "Bitmap image". See the issue on the screenshot "Screenshot 1.png":

Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Always
Reproduction steps:
- Look the Desktop's context menu (Mouse right-click --> New) when GIMP 2.10.10 has been installed. It should list "Bitmap image"
- Upgrade to the GIMP 2.10.12.
- Look again the Desktop's context menu (Mouse right-click --> New) when GIMP 2.10.12 has been updated. "Bitmap image" has been changed to "GIMP 2.10.12".

Expected result: Mouse right click --> New --> Bitmap image
Actual result: Mouse right click --> New --> GIMP 2.10.12
