Spring-loading documents under GIMP 2.10.8 causes new process to spawn
Under macOS, spring-loading files (for example, dragging a file to the GIMP-2.10 icon on the dock) spawns a new GIMP process with the image open, rather than loading the image in the existing process. GIMP 2.8 exhibited the latter behavior.
This happens on GIMP 2.10.8 as packaged on the website.
