Uncontrolled font change at the first letter
GIMP version: 2.10.6
Operating System: Windows 10 Home, Ubuntu 18.04
Package: Installer from gimp.org and from Flathub
Description of the bug
Having a text whose font type, size and color were changed AFTER typing,
if you type anywhere to correct the text, font type, size and color will be the same as the rest of the text,
BUT if you type anything before the first letter (or select and replace the first word), then font type, size and color will be the old ones. In order to avoid this you have to type after the first letter, then go back and delete the first letter.
