Some TGA files not opening

I installed the new version and some TGA files aren't opening correctly. Attached is one instance. The image is just blank. When I open with the old version it opens correctly. These are one 2 different computers. I don't remember having to download a plug in or anything for TGA files. Jeffs_car2__1_.tga
