GIMP 2.10.6 crashes with assertion GIMP_IS_TAGGED in MyPaint brushes dialog

Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? [Always / Randomly / Happened only once ] [Always] 95% repeatable!
Reproduction steps:
- open MyPaint Brushes Dialog
- set filter on top to eg. tanda
- select enter tags on bottom and highlight tanda
- now try to remove the highlighted tanda from step 3.
- as soon as I click to unhighlight tanda then Gimp and the verbose command window will exit immediately

Actual result: crash
