Free Select Tool: Add or Substract selection only after pressing ENTER-Key

Dear Maintainer,

since gimp version 2.10.x (windows and Linux) the free selection tool can add or substract selection only after pressing the "enter"-Key. No Problems with other selections tools (rectangle, elipse, fuzzy select) and no problems with older gimp versions (2.8.x, 2.6.x)
